Glenn E. Bugos

Historian, Moment LLC

Bugos is a consulting corporate historian helping firms and organizations explore, understand and communicate their pasts. He specializes in complex research questions, often in the context of litigation, in a variety of more recent organizations, industries, and technologies. He has expertise in oral history, building archives, and forensic business research.  He earned his doctorate in the history of science, technology and business from the University of Pennsylvania, and his academic work focuses on testing, or how firms interact to manufacture certainty about new technologies in order to commit capital and organizational heft to them. For two decades he served as Historian at the NASA Ames Research Center.  He lives and works in Silicon Valley.  

Research interests include aerospace, Silicon Valley, antitrust, biotechnology and biomedical devices, philanthropic foundations, business and science, technology and medicine, litigation, and consulting.
