Anna Tilba

Dr. Anna Tilba is an Associate Professor in Strategy and Governance in Durham University Business School. She holds a PhD in Corporate Governance from the University of Liverpool Management School. She is known for her research in pension fund governance, accountability and transparency within the UK Financial Services and institutional investor compliance with the codes of best practice. Dr. Tilba has extensive experience of working and advising the UK policy makers and regulators such as the UK Financial Conduct Authority, Competitions and Markets Authority, the UK Law Commission and the Pensions Regulator. She is an Independent Reviewer of Best Practice Principles for Providers of Shareholder Voting Research & Analysis. Dr. Tilba is a member of the Advisory Board for the Pension Investment Academy and she is also a Policy Fellow at Cambridge University Centre for Science and Policy.
