Julio Cesar Zuluaga is a Senior lecturer (Assistant professor) in the Management and Marketing Department at Westminster International University in Tashkent WIUT (Uzbekistan). He holds a Ph.D. in Management, a master’s degree (MSc) in Organizational Studies, and a bachelor's (BSc) in History. His primary teaching and research areas are organisational theory and strategy, innovation studies and business history. Previously, Julio Cesar worked as an assistant professor in the Management of Organisations Department at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (AACSB accredited, Colombia) for six years. He was visiting researcher at the Schumpeter School of Business and Economics (University of Wuppertal, Germany). Since 2018 has been visiting professor at the IAE Pau-Bayonne University, School of Management (France).
