DAVID HUNTT BAKER J.D., LL.M.
For over 26 years as in-house counsel at AT&T, David provided audiences with historical context of the evolution of the company, the telecommunications industry, and the regulatory environment in which they operate. David's passion for business history and the events precipitating technological advances in communication drives his research into the financial and political forces throughout history that have facilitated evolutions and revolutions in business communications technology.
