William Glenn Gray is a historian of Germany in the world, with special interest in Germany's diplomatic and economic ties with various world regions. His most recent book, TRADING POWER, charts the rise of West Germany's global influence in the 1960s and 1970s. He is currently researching and writing a book on West German capitalism and Brazil's development dictatorship.
