Núria Puig

Nuria Puig is Full Professor of Economic History and Institutions at the Complutense University of Madrid and the Complutense Institute of International Studies. She has been a visiting scholar at the Center for European Studies at Harvard University and a visiting professor at The Ohio State University. Her research deals with the long-term effects of foreign direct investment in late-developing countries, the organizational strategies of family capitalism, and the rise of an Iberoamerican educational market. She is the director of Complutense Business History Research Group. Puig also serves on the editorial board of Business History Review and Revista de Historia Industrial. Economía y Empresa.
