Nuria Puig is Full Professor of Economic History and Institutions at the Complutense University of Madrid and the Complutense Institute of International Studies. She has been a visiting scholar at the Center for European Studies at Harvard University and a visiting professor at The Ohio State University. Her research deals with the long-term effects of foreign direct investment in late-developing countries, the organizational strategies of family capitalism, and the rise of an Iberoamerican educational market.
