1. Those attending the BHC annual meeting should make their reservations soon, as the reduced-rate room block at the conference hotel, the Crowne Plaza Midtown, will expire on February 17 at midnight. It will not be possible to use the BHC’s special rate after that date. To reserve a room, you can use the designated link below and just enter your preferred dates when you navigate to the reservation page. Our special rates also can be obtained by entering code BH5 into the hotel’s reservation web page or mentioning it to hotel staff if you call it by phone.

2. After opening the link, you should arrive on the hotel's main page. Choose any days between March 10 and March 17 to get the BHC rate. After choosing your dates, the special group rate (BH5) will come up.
