Lecturer in History and Economic Institutions at the Complutense University of Madrid and a secondary school teacher on leave of absence. He has also taught at the Carlos III and Autonomous Universities of Madrid, and served as a visiting lecturer at the University of Santiago, Chile. His research has focused on public policies of memory, comparative agrarian reforms and the history of forced labour.
