Denise McNeff is a Ph.D candidate in History at Liberty University, where she is completing her dissertation, An Apology for American Monopolies and the Rise of Antitrust. Her research offers a sweeping reinterpretation of early antitrust thought, positioning the Northern Securities case as a pivotal moment in the evolution of American federalism, capitalism, and constitutional theory. She also holds an M.A. in history focused on the expansion of American capitalism and national security in the Northwest Territory. She is currently teaches history and political science at Trine University and Pensacola State College.
