Daniel Levy
Daniel Levy is a Professor of Economics at Bar-Ilan University (Israel). He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of California/Irvine (USA). From 1992 till 2002, he was a faculty member, first Assistant Professor and then a Tenured Associate Professor (as well as the Director of Graduate Studies), at the Department of Economics at Emory University (USA). He was a Visiting Professor at McMaster University, Emory University, European Central Bank, Deutsche Bundesbank, Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, ISET, Gent University, and the University of California/Irvine. He is a member of NBER-CRIW, Senior Fellow of RCEA, Academic Advisor of the Israeli Consumer Council and the Ministry of Economics. His research areas are macro, IO, political economy, and time series.
