Note: If you wish to send brochures or other advertising materials without sending books or journals, please contact Carol Lockman (clockman@hagley.org), BHC Conference Coordinator, to arrange for payment of the $100 fee. There is no fee for these materials if you will be sending books and/or journals as well.
