Tanya Jurado is a lecturer in entrepreneurship at Massey University, New Zealand. Her research interests include the development of policy processes over time in respect to small to medium enterprises (SMEs). By applying a historical perspective to this analysis Tanya brings out the broader socio-economic backdrop under which policymakers and SME owners/managers operated. Tanya has worked as a researcher of SMEs for several years. She holds a PhD from Massey University and a MA(Hons) in history from Auckland University and is interested in using oral history in future research projects.
