Women in Business History

I am Director of the Gastronomy Program at Boston University and Associate Professor. I am the author of five books about food history and am currently Editor of the journal Food, Culture and Society. My research interests are in food and gender, primarily in the US and my current project is about the hospitality industry in the 20th century.
