Marrisa’s research focuses on the formation of business practices in the Victorian publishing industry, in particular examining how socio-cultural influences enable and constrain how individuals made strategic decisions. Marrisa’s research interests are predominately in business history, and due to her experience of working in the publishing industry, she is also interested in the management of organisations in the creative industries.
