Janick Marina Schaufelbuehl

Janick Marina Schaufelbuehl is an Associate professor of history at the University of Lausanne. In 2017-18 she was a member of the Institute for Advanced Study, Princeton and from December 2019 until July 2020 she will be a Visiting Scholar at the Center for European Studies at Harvard University.

She is interested in the role of business groups in foreign policy-making and is currently working on a book about US business groups and the shaping of US policy toward the European Common Market (1948 to 1986). She has previously published on subjects such as Cold War history, capital flight, international monetary relations and French and Swiss economic history.
