I have written on the U.S. trucking industry, the Texas Railroad Commission, and infrastructure in the US in the 20th century.  My most recent publication, with the late Thomas K. McCraw, was AMERICAN BUSINESS SINCE 1920:  HOW IT WORKED (3rd ed., 2018).
