Co-author with Jon R. Moen of the forthcoming book in Cambridge's Macroeconomic History series, "Before the Fed: J. P. Morgan, America's Lender of Last Resort," Rodgers worked at a Wall Street investment banking house for 30 years before entering academia. She studies the House of Morgan, financial crises and banking panics and earned the SUNY Chancellor's Award for Excellence in Teaching in 2022.
