Kevin R. Douglas is an assistant professor at MSU College of Law, where he teaches Business Enterprises, Corporate Finance, and Mergers and Acquisitions. His research and scholarship focus on how moral principles motivate business organization law and securities regulation. He graduated from Stanford Law School and has received both a Bachelor of Science in Management and a Master of Business Administration from Florida A&M University.
