My research interests are mainly focused on Japanese electronics companies, including the formation process and recent changes in Japanese management education after World War II, the formation process of various employee inclusion policies, and research on commercialization originating from autonomous R&D activities by engineers. I am also studying the formation process and globalization of "anisons(theme songs of animated contents)" in the Japanese content industry.
