Edda is a Lecturer in Business and Management at the University of Wolverhampton with a particular interest in organisational history, trade unions and emotions. Her doctoral thesis, 'Under One Banner: The General Federation of Trade Unions 1899-1926' was completed in August 2022, and argues that trade union organisations create their own 'emotional community' through their leadership figures and publications.
