Nnaemeka Enemchukwu received his Bachelor of Arts in History and International Studies from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, graduating summa cum laude. He subsequently earned a Master’s degree in History and Strategic Studies from the University of Lagos and a second Master’s degree in History from Southern Illinois University Carbondale, where he is currently pursuing a PhD in Historical Studies. His research and publications have appeared in journals and edited volumes, including African Studies Review and African Studies Quarterly, among others. His intellectual interests lie broadly in the history of modern Africa (1800–present), with particular emphasis on economic, business, migration, and urban history.
