Gokmen Durmus is an Assistant Professor at Gaziantep University, Department of Management. After graduating from Selcuk University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, he obtained a master's degree in Organizational Dynamics from UPenn and a PhD in Management from the University of Leicester. His research revolves around leadership, culture, and business history.
