Business Historians at Business Schools

I study and teach international business and strategy with particular interest in questions of governance, ethics, and sustainability. Since my Ph.D. in business ethics and management at Wharton, I have been studying the history of Strategy as a business field and its roots in Business Policy, focusing on the recently available papers of Kenneth R. Andrews at the Baker Archives of the Harvard Business School.
Before my Ph.D., I practiced corporate law, representing Latin American companies in Wall Street deals, and studied philosophy (M.A. Boston U., A.B Harvard) in addition to law (J.D. Boston U.).
