Food

Lunch (Friday and Saturday)              $35 each day

Workshops

Several workshops will be offered and may require prebooking and payment of a nominal fee. Details on the workshops are available on the meeting's workshop page, while specific fees are included in the Eventbrite registration form.

Conference participants who use the special Hilton room reservation link to make their reservation will have breakfast included with their room for no additional charge.

Registration includes participation in receptions Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and coffee breaks during the meeting. The Friday reception will take place in the old walled city of Cartagena, with transportation provided for conference participants.
